Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, including flight options, hotel accommodations, and destination information.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Provide timely and professional support via email, phone, and chat to resolve travel-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and destination policies.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and documentation for corporate and leisure clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain client databases and manage booking records in accordance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience in customer service or travel is a plus.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online booking tools (GDS knowledge is an advantage).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new travel technologies and industry practices.
