Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and book comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation
- Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to search and reserve travel options efficiently
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Process payments, documentation, and manage reservation systems accurately
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal travel arrangements
- Stay updated on travel regulations, destinations, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism/hospitality degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of travel industry and GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in booking systems and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours between Kemayoran and Central Jakarta locations
