Tanggung Jawab
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive user experience across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design
- Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve designs
- Work with the development team to ensure the final implementation matches the design vision
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and visual hierarchy
