Maxximiler Distributors, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Van Salesman / Extruck Driver to join our growing distribution team in Iloilo City. This is a dynamic role where you will play a crucial part in our logistics and sales operations, ensuring that our products reach our valued retail partners efficiently and on time. As a Junior Van Salesman, you will work closely with a Senior Salesman to manage routes, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Senior Van Salesman in achieving daily sales targets and expanding the customer base within the assigned route.
- Safely operate and maintain the delivery truck or van along designated routes in Iloilo and surrounding areas.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring all products are handled with care and accurately accounted for.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of the vehicle's stock to prevent shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, delivery receipts, and collect payments from customers with high accuracy.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients by providing timely deliveries and resolving basic service inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the assigned vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Prepare daily reports regarding sales, collections, and delivery status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School graduate; a Vocational diploma or short course in a related field is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restrictions (1, 2, 3 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in driving delivery vehicles or working in a sales-support role.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and managing long hours on the road.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent familiarity with the geography and routes of Iloilo City and neighboring provinces.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
