Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus according to villa standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and meet food safety regulations.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, following strict hygiene protocols.
  • Coordinate with the head chef to plan daily menus and accommodate special requests.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and notify management of any shortages.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff and foster a positive team environment.
  • Adapt recipes to accommodate guest allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or villa kitchen.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine fundamentals.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of menu costing and portion control.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
