Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing high-net-worth clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend suitable investment products.
- Monitor market trends and proactively update client portfolios to maximize returns.
- Organize and conduct financial planning workshops or seminars to attract prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the wealth management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory policies and internal company procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Willingness to pursue relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFP, CIM).
