Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of company-wide Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits of work areas, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and non-compliance.
- Support the WSHO team in conducting risk assessments and developing safe work procedures for various tasks and activities.
- Investigate minor incidents, near-misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in the organization and delivery of WSH training programs and awareness campaigns for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WSHA regulations, codes of practice, and other legal requirements in Singapore.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training, and other WSH-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering, Environmental & Occupational Health, WSH, or a related field.
- Possess a valid Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator or Officer Certificate, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for workplace safety are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and its subsidiary legislations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
