- Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons in World History and Geography tailored for K-12 students.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, multimedia presentations, and supplementary learning materials to enhance student engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and discussions to evaluate student comprehension and track academic progress.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and safe virtual classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and respect.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration regarding academic performance, expectations, and classroom updates.
- Utilize various online teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) to facilitate seamless remote learning.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and special needs of students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Political Science, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or prior teaching experience in K-12 education is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and presentation skills.
- Experience with online learning management systems (LMS) and virtual classroom tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate self-discipline in a remote work environment.
