- Represent K-beauty brands professionally at pop-up events, roadshows, and retail locations
- Engage with customers, provide product information, and demonstrate product features
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on latest K-beauty trends and product knowledge
- Assist with event setup, inventory management, and promotional activities
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve sales strategies
- Maintain a professional appearance and brand image at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous sales or promotional experience preferred but not required
- Passion for Korean beauty products and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings as required
- Professional appearance and well-groomed
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
