Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits at construction sites
- Develop and implement K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) safety plans
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes
- Train workers on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations
- Monitor environmental conditions and hazardous materials handling
- Coordinate safety equipment maintenance and usage
- Prepare regular safety reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Certified K3 Umum or K3 Konstruksi certification
- Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience
- Familiarity with SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proficiency in safety documentation systems
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
