Join Putra Perkasa Abadi as a K3P GL and become a guardian of workplace safety in Indonesia's dynamic construction sector. This critical role ensures the availability of medical services and effective accident handling through systematic planning, supervision, and evaluation of paramedic personnel. You'll be the cornerstone of our Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program, implementing preventive measures and emergency response protocols across high-impact construction sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate paramedic activities to ensure continuous medical service availability
- Develop and implement comprehensive accident prevention programs for construction sites
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for workplace accidents
- Deliver K3 safety training to construction workers and site supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety incidents and medical treatments
- Ensure compliance with national K3 regulations and company safety policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of K3P experience in construction or industrial environments
- Valid K3 certification from Indonesian authorities (BNSP/Kemenaker)
- Strong knowledge of K3 regulations and construction safety standards
- Certified First Aid and CPR training
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and safety documentation
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure during emergency situations
