In this critical role, you will serve as the champion of continuous improvement within our operations. You will analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement Kaizen methodologies to drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will oversee the certification processes to ensure strict adherence to international quality management systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards, Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, and internal quality certifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for all certification processes and audit records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and process improvement techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and performance reports.
- Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-departmental teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
