Daikin Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a pivotal role in our production operations. In this position, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and training production teams to enhance operational performance and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between management strategies and floor-level execution, ensuring that safety standards are met while driving productivity through innovative Kaizen projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Kaizen Activities: Initiate, plan, and execute continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects on the production line to identify waste, reduce costs, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Team Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for production staff, focusing on new techniques, safety protocols, and operational best practices to upskill the workforce.
- Production Supervision: Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring that targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and minimal downtime.
- Process Optimization: Analyze production workflows and implement changes that streamline operations, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations and environmental standards, conducting regular safety audits and incident investigations to ensure a zero-accident environment.
- Metric Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is operating correctly and to implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or process improvement roles.
- Kaizen Expertise: Proven experience implementing Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and train diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis.
