Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of sustainability programs (RSPO, ISPO) across plantation operations.
- Conduct regular field audits to ensure compliance with environmental and social policies.
- Manage sustainability data collection, reporting, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and local communities regarding sustainable agricultural practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate environmental risks and improve waste management systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external sustainability auditors and certification bodies.
- Monitor and report on carbon footprint reduction and biodiversity conservation efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sustainability roles, specifically within the palm oil industry.
- Deep understanding of RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) and ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) standards.
- Proven track record in project management and field-based sustainability implementation.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management and creating comprehensive sustainability reports.
- Willingness to be based and travel within Kalimantan Selatan plantation sites.
