Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets, with precision.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station throughout the shift.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests, assisting with inquiries or concerns.
- Perform end-of-shift reconciliation and ensure cash drawer balances match system records.
- Coordinate closely with waitstaff and management to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Report any discrepancies or technical issues with the POS system to the supervisor immediately.
- Uphold company service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in operating POS (Point of Sale) applications and basic computer skills.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the roster.
- Well-groomed and professional personal appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
