Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and maintain all internal financial records to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the end-to-end tax calculation and reporting process, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify financial transactions and detect discrepancies.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting processes and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized, retrievable, and strictly confidential.
- Provide expert financial insights to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or auditing role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
