Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and service quality monitoring
- Develop and implement strategic sales/marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch team members through performance coaching
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key tourism stakeholders and partners
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Analyze financial performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and service excellence programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in branch management within tourism/hospitality
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team development
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in tourism industry trends and market dynamics
- Valid SIM and willingness to travel for business purposes
