PT. Aimeila Cosmetic Industrial is a fast-growing leader in the cosmetic manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Kepala Engineering (Engineering Manager) to lead our technical operations in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production facility, ensuring that all machinery, utilities, electrical systems, and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems operate at peak performance.
As the Head of Engineering, you will bridge the gap between technical strategy and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance schedules, rapid troubleshooting, and robust engineering documentation to ensure full compliance with cosmetic industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure high availability of production machinery and utility systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) programs for all manufacturing equipment.
- Direct the troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical failures to minimize production downtime.
- Manage the operation and maintenance of Water Treatment/RO systems to ensure compliance with cosmetic production standards.
- Maintain precise engineering documentation, manuals, and technical reports for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the production department to optimize machine performance and energy efficiency.
- Oversee spare parts inventory management and procurement related to engineering requirements.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety standards (K3) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, or Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of utility systems, including RO water systems, boilers, chillers, and HVAC.
- Proven ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in PLC and industrial automation troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership capability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering staff.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and committed to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
