Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end credit operations including application assessment, approval, and disbursement
- Develop and implement credit policies aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives
- Lead credit risk mitigation strategies through rigorous portfolio monitoring and analysis
- Supervise and mentor credit staff to ensure high performance and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize credit processes and customer experience
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the credit landscape
- Prepare regular credit performance reports for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in credit management or banking operations
- Proven leadership experience managing credit teams and portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess financial statements and risk profiles
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK) and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in credit analysis software and MS Office applications
