Rainbow Edu is seeking a dedicated Kepala Operasional Area Tegal to lead our operational excellence in the Tegal region. As a key leadership position, you will oversee all operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of systems, team management, and service delivery to drive organizational growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all operational activities in the Tegal region
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support business growth
- Ensure optimal performance of systems, processes, and service delivery
- Supervise and develop operational teams through training and performance management
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with central management to align regional operations with company goals
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in education sector
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize processes and systems
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
