Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise sales team to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Monitor stock levels of knitting fabrics and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and product expertise
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail store management, preferably in textiles/fashion
- Deep understanding of knitting fabrics, materials, and garment production processes
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; degree in Business Management preferred
