Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update production records using ERP systems
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Generate daily/weekly production reports for management review
- Coordinate with quality control teams on product documentation
- Track machine maintenance schedules and production downtime
- Process production orders and update completion status
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan (STPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in production/administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
