Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand development strategies tailored for the gadget category based on real-time market data.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
- Analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and business priorities to identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotional execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and trade terms to ensure maximum profitability and market share.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure optimal stock availability for key partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the consumer electronics or gadget industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing complex retail/distribution relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into business strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
