Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key modern trade accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores)
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Implement and execute trade marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for integrated execution
- Ensure compliance with trade terms, promotions, and category management standards
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in modern trade sales within FMCG industry
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and trade relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strategic mindset with results-oriented approach
