Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key HORECA accounts in Denpasar and surrounding areas
- Drive sales growth for premium wine and spirits portfolio through targeted account strategies
- Conduct regular account visits to identify new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account management and service delivery
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management
- Implement promotional campaigns and product training for key account partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record in managing key accounts within HORECA sector
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Deep knowledge of Denpasar's hospitality landscape and business networks
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regular travel across Bali
