- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients in the steel manufacturing sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership review
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
- Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for occasional client site visits
- Knowledge of steel manufacturing products and processes is advantageous
