Since our launch, we have rapidly expanded, capturing the hearts of baristas, coffee lovers, and everyday consumers alike. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Key Account Executive to join our sales team in Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving modern trade growth, managing key relationships, and delivering high-impact commercial execution for our premium beverage portfolio. You will work closely with retail partners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product availability, execute strategic promotional campaigns, and maximize on-shelf brand visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, grow, and maintain strong commercial relationships with key modern trade accounts and premium retail chains across Malaysia.
- Develop and execute strategic joint business plans (JBP) to achieve volume, revenue, and market share objectives.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute high-impact promotional calendars, ensuring optimal ROI and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, stock levels, and market trends to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with distributors and supply chain partners to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock occurrences.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure perfect execution of pricing, promotions, and premium category shelf placement.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly sales forecasts, business review presentations, and budget utilization trackers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG, food, or beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian modern trade landscape, retailer dynamics, and category management.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in sales data analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Fluency in English (proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage).
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
