- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and expand revenue streams
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or business development
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
