Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and expand the client base
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to key clients
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with focus on key account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
