- Manage and maintain relationships with key retail partners and accounts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in assigned territories
- Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by retail partners promptly and effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
