Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and expand the company's footprint
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages is highly desirable
