As a Key Account Executive at JAPFA Food, you will leverage your expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and relationship management to expand our market share. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and prospect new potential high-value clients within the region.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly to maintain brand reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Surabaya and East Java.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
