Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and prospect new potential high-value clients within the region.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client interaction records in the CRM system.
- Resolve client concerns and escalations promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Surabaya and East Java.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
