Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer loyalty.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand our market share.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (supply chain, logistics, and marketing) to ensure timely product delivery and superior customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to meet both company and client objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
