You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure that our solutions consistently meet the evolving needs of our clientele. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasting data using CRM tools.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (min 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for this role.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional CRM software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
