- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share in modern retail and agribusiness channels
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and farmer cooperatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust approaches to achieve quarterly targets
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and innovation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with preference for agribusiness or FMCG sector
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer trends
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
