Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality with a passion for sales and business development.
