We are currently seeking a high-performing and motivated Key Account Executive to join our sales team in Jakarta Selatan. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy by managing distributor relationships and spearheading market expansion initiatives.
As a Key Account Executive, you will act as the bridge between our brand and our distribution network. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products reach target consumers effectively, maintaining healthy inventory levels at the distributor level, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors to ensure business growth.
- Execute sales strategies and programs to drive product demand and market penetration for our cosmetic range.
- Monitor and analyze distributor performance, sales trends, and inventory turnover to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and scout new distribution channels and partners to expand market reach within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence and ensure optimal product visibility.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on sales activities and market conditions to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely supply chain and promotional support for distributors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically managing distributors within the FMCG or Cosmetic industry.
- Deep understanding of distribution models and sales cycles in the Indonesian market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for sales reporting.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required by the business needs.
