Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners (supermarkets/minimarts, pharmacy chains)
- Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns across assigned retail channels
- Monitor store performance, product availability, and merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with business goals
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales/account management experience
- Proven track record in FMCG or retail industry partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
