Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts to ensure retention and expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews and account planning with clients.
- Present the company’s product portfolio, promotions, and marketing strategies effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Production) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve client issues and complaints professionally to maintain long-term partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the Cosmetic/Beauty/Skincare industry.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong passion for the beauty and skincare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
