Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a dedicated portfolio of high-value B2B partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account revenue and long-term retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to align our services with their evolving business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in our service offerings.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Success (B2B preferred).
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to support our key client base.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
