Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key modern trade accounts (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores)
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and market share growth
  • Conduct comprehensive account analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion pathways
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms, promotions, and in-store execution plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and visibility
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies proactively
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with modern trade channel exposure (FMCG/retail preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Advanced negotiation skills with ability to build long-term client partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills for market assessment and business planning
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent client visits
