- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts in modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores)
- Manage daily operational activities including order processing, inventory coordination, and promotional execution
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams for integrated campaign execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare monthly sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery to major clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales with modern trade channel specialization
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective client communication
