Sinergi Performa Cipta is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Executive (KAE) to join our team. We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in the F&B sector to lead our Modern Trade sales initiatives in Medan.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key accounts in the Modern Trade channel. You will be responsible for building strong business relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring the optimal placement of our products in retail outlets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts in the Modern Trade (MT) sector, including supermarkets and hypermarkets.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product performance within the F&B industry.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and logistics teams to ensure effective product visibility and supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong background in the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Medan and the surrounding region.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
