Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and growth rates.
- Develop and execute comprehensive online trade strategies to drive sales performance across various digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize product positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with brand objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports to track progress and forecast future revenue.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members on sales techniques and account management best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Online Trade.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
