Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and growth rates.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online trade strategies to drive sales performance across various digital platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize product positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with brand objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports to track progress and forecast future revenue.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on sales techniques and account management best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Online Trade.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
