- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and retention
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within key client portfolios
- Lead complex negotiations and contract renewals to achieve growth targets
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies
- Implement CRM systems to track KPIs and forecast performance
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in B2B account management or strategic sales roles
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven analytical abilities with commercial acumen
- Fluency in English and Filipino with strong presentation skills
