  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management or similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
