Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably in the luxury or retail sector.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and consistently meeting sales KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to be based permanently at our Batu Caves office.
