Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and brand consistency.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, preferably in the luxury or retail sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and consistently meeting sales KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to be based permanently at our Batu Caves office.
