Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all business inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and support, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.
