Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow and retain Key Accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses with clients to identify growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Utilize data-based presentations to influence high-level decision-makers and drive revenue growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewal of existing agreements.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to maximize the lifetime value of each account.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create compelling presentations.
