Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key distribution partners
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in key account management or B2B sales
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships in manufacturing/distribution
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
